Vocal Morphonological Systems in Nominal Inflection

In the article three autonomous classifications of the systems under investigation are offered. The structural one: 1) hierarchical polymodel weakly typified (Russian, Ukrain, Polish, Check); 2) non-hierarchical poly-model weakly typified (Old Greek, Icelandic, Bulgarian); 3) non-hierarchical mono-model highly typified (English, German, Latin). The substratum one: 1) archaic (classical); 2) innovational (modern Slavic, Germanic). The content one: 1) minimal (Germanic, except the celandic); 2) medial (Russian, Latin, Old Greek); 3) maximal (the rest of the Slavic).

Contrastive Analysis of the Term Metonymy in the Sphere of Fixation (on the Material of the Russian and German Languages)

The article considers definitions of the term metonymy as a part of the term system of means of stylistic expressiveness on the material of the German and Russian languages. The present research focuses on the necessity of using linguistic methods of describing this section of rhetoric. The author suggests describing the term of this section of rhetoric as a unit of logos. The method of lexical and notional groups is chosen as a way of description.

Varieties and Methods of Nomination in the Names of Abakan Trading Places

The aim of the study is to analyze the methods of nomination in the names of trading places (emporonyms) of Abakan. The analysis is conducted both on the verbal and nonverbal levels of nomination. The author distinguishes morphemic and non-morphemic methods of nomination (compounding, clipping, conversion etc), as well as graphic contamination and graphic parceling.

Precedent Phenomena: Problems of Definition and Classification

The article addresses the problem of precedent phenomena definition and classification from the point of view of the complex approach. Based on the undertaken analysis, the authors give the definition of precedent phenomena, distinguish their main and complementary characteristic features as well as build the hierarchy of the precedent phenomena.

Stream of Consciousness of Literary Text Characters (on the Material of A. P. Chekhov’s Prose of Different Periods)

The article considers one of the ways of presenting the initial phase of character’s inner speech in A. P. Chekhov’s prose – stream of consciousness as a manifestation of his individual writing style.

The article presents the analysis of substandard vocabulary that is used in Russian newspapers of various types. It describes these words’ functions, frequency of occurrence and ways of introducing them.

The article is devoted to the definition of content and acting types of correlation structures inside the image of happiness. Actualization intensiveness of constructive cognitive marks is analyzed in different age groups of respondents. Investigation result is structural model creation to show cognitive marks interaction inside the image of happiness.
