The article deals with the comprehension of the concept of reality in the cultural and scientifi c heritage of the French enlightener Denis Diderot. The interest to this topic is dictated by the timeless relevance of the innovative dramaturgical theory of the thinker, in which the issue of depicting the real is central. In the course of the analysis the works of domestic and foreign philosophers and literary critics, who touched upon the problem of the representation of reality in the 18th century and especially in the works of Denis Diderot, were involved.

В статье рассматриваются аналитические показатели киберпреступности во всём мире, из чего следует, что Российская Федерация занимает лидирующее положение по количеству IT-преступлений. Автором предлагается разрешить данную ситуацию с помощью определенных методик, таких как: международное сотрудничество в сфере предупреждения киберпреступлений, международное научное взаимодействие, а также разработка нового программного обеспечения.

Article is devoted research of a question of existence of the so-called «natural duties» allocated by analogy to the natural rights. The author considers hypothetically existing «natural duties» of the person from the point of view of criterion of their objectivity and presence at the person from a birth. The question of interdependency the natural rights and «natural duties» of the person is mentioned also.

The article reviews the work of one of the investigative unit of the Extraordinary Inquiry Commission of Provisional Government t to investigate «illegal actions of senior officials in the criminal case of Mendel Bailis».
