The article examines the genre phenomenon of supersaga in V. Khlebnikov’s oeuvre. According to the theoretical model of the genre proposed by N. L. Leiderman, the subject organization of an artistic text is identified as the most important component of the genre structure. A comparative analysis is conducted on the works Children of the Otter (1911–1913), The Lightning Sisters (1918–1921), and Zangezi (1920–1922). B. O. The paper analyzes the poem by Velimir Khlebnikov “When over the field glow green...” (1911–1912) concerning the issue of how the sonnet genre functions in the author’s verse. This genre, present in the works by futurists and their followers, has been scarcely studied and requires serious scrutiny.

The article deals with the study of the futuristic poetics features in the novel by A. Bely «Petersburg»; common points of A. Bely and the Russian literary avant-guarde are revealed; the research of different layers of artistic methods making A. Bely akin to futurists is conducted.
