The paper considers how the peculiarities of allusive anthroponymic concepts are realized on the material of short stories by an American writer O. Henry. Sixteen short stories are selected for analysis. The method of continuous sampling, of conceptual analysis and the descriptive method have been used in the research. It is revealed that an allusive anthroponymic concept can be represented in the form of a concept-representation, a concept-notion, a prototype, a model and a frame. Allusive anthroponymic concepts-gestalts have not been identified in the sample.

Introduction. Interaction, interpenetration, synthesis of economics and culture have become an urgent field of research in modern humanitarian scientific concepts and practical developments. The awarding of the Nobel Prizes in Economics in the last decade confirms the importance of this area for a common understanding of the evolution and modernization of society. Theoretical analysis. Theories of economic development began to include culture as an indispensable attribute of qualitative change. Three possible assumptions are put forward.

Introduction. For the first time, the creation of the Civic Chamber in Russia was connected with the need to adopt a new Constitution in 1993, as well as to search for public consent and overcome political instability in the state. Despite the short period of its operation, the Civic Chamber, created by the first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin, served as the impetus for the creation of civic chambers of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, many of which are continuously operating to date.

In this article the author considers the necessity of formation of the modern paradigm of the economical theory on the basis of the values, which are suitable to the development of Russian economic model.
