The article examines the genre phenomenon of supersaga in V. Khlebnikov’s oeuvre. According to the theoretical model of the genre proposed by N. L. Leiderman, the subject organization of an artistic text is identified as the most important component of the genre structure. A comparative analysis is conducted on the works Children of the Otter (1911–1913), The Lightning Sisters (1918–1921), and Zangezi (1920–1922). B. O. The article deals with the study of the narrative aspect of the cycle of stories by A. Slapovsky Foggy Alleys. The author uses narratological method of analysis developed by the Russian and foreign specialists in literature. The research is aimed at studing different types of narrators in A. Slapovsky’s cycle. The typology is based on the binary opposition: there are non-diegetic and diegetic narrators in the cycle. The non-diegetic narrator of A. Slapovsky’s stories is characterized by implicitness, by the focus on the character’s point of view.

The article considers montage as a major means of developing compositional text structure in the novel by an Irish-English writer E. Bowen (1899–1973) Eva Trout or Changing Scenes. Isolated instances of montage are analyzed as well as its meaning on the scale of the whole novel.

The article considers the change of points of view of the narrator and characters in the novel Jacob’s Ladder by L. Ulitskaya, which is characterized by polyphony and the combination of diff erent narrative situations.
