Interpretation of the lyric texts by the poets with diff erent cognitive styles

The article discusses the features of the reader’s interpretation of poetic texts by I. Annensky and N. Gumilev, the authors of which belong to different types of cognitive styles. The concept of cognitive style arose in psychology, but as a result of the term being transferred into the fi eld of cognitive poetics, it became necessary to describe its parameters in order to use it in the analysis of the poetic text.

Интерпретация лирических текстов поэтов разных когнитивных стилей

В статье рассматриваются особенности читательской интерпретации поэтических текстов Анненского и Гумилева, авторы которых принадлежат к различным типам когнитивных стилей. Понятие когнитивного стиля возникло в психологии, однако в результате трасферизациии термина в область когнитивной поэтики возникла необходимость описать его параметры в целях использования в анализе поэтического текста.

On the Poetic Transcendence of N. Gumilyov

The article considers the techniques of formal organization of the transcendent lyric poetry and the peculiarity of its spatial structure. Different types of poetic transcendence are analyzed on the example of N. Gumilyov’s poems, their characteristic features are singled out.
