Стихотворения А.К. Толстого в контексте Дневника (1902) С.Л. Франка

. В Дневнике С.Л. Франка отражается «история души» молодого философа в самом начале его пути, совпавшем с началом XX-го столетия. Оказавшись на распутье, он решается подвергнуть себя беспристрастному самоанализу, провести «ревизию» своих духовно-нравственных устоев, пытается понять, в чём заключается смысл жизни и каково его место в ней. В этой ситуации крайне важным для С.Л. Франка становится художнический опыт русских поэтов, во многом - лирика А.К. Толстого.

S.L. Frank at Saratov State University

The article reflects the scholarly activities of Professor S.L. Frank (1917 – 1921), who held the office of the dean of Saratov State University Historical-Philological Department in 1917/18. The article focuses chiefly on such aspects as: the organization of teaching process, lectures and seminars, relationships with students and colleagues, the scholarly work in Saratov. Special attention is paid to the publications from Bakhmeteff Archive (USA): «The program lecture course on the history of ancient philosophy by Prof. S.L.

MORAL-AESTHETIC CONTENT OF A YOUTH DIARY S.L. FRANCE (ON MATERIALS OF NOVELOUS MANUSCRIPTS)

The article attempts to consider how the Russian philosophical lyrics, copiously quoted in the pages of the newly-found diary of S.L. Frank, reflects the "history of the soul" of the young philosopher, reveals the innermost depths of the "spiritual life" of his author.
