The media policy of A. I. Kulabukhov towards publishing projects of the Kuban Cossack Circle (Union): A socio-political perspective

This article examines the censorship practices of Alexei Ivanovich Kulabukhov, a member of the Kuban Military Government responsible for civil affairs, concerning the publishing projects of the Kuban Cossack Circle (Union) during the Civil War in Kuban (late 1918 – early 1919).

Аннотация. Статья посвящена анализу цензурных практик члена Кубанского войскового правительства по гражданским делам Алексея Ивановича Кулабухова в отношении издательских проектов Кубанского казачьего Круга (Союза) в условиях Гражданской войны на Кубани (вторая половина 1918 – начало 1919 годов).

N. G. Chernyshevsky in the Criticism of the 1930s. L. B. Kamenev and others

The article discusses the fate and some characteristic traits of the personality, as well as controversial issues of N. G. Chernyshevsky’s biography, uncovered in the forgotten book by L. B. Kamenev Chernyshevsky (1933), an insightful phenomenon of the Soviet humanities of the 1930s, which allows us to relate the moral experience and the tragedy of the revolutionary Democrat, the deep sense of his aesthetics and ethics to the problems of the Soviet reality the 1920–1930s.
